I like to write with pen and paper. However, I'd like everyone to be able to read my handwriting and I am sure that’s not possible here!

Now is the time that my world opens up, I have kept myself small for so many absurd reasons. I have learned about fears and rejection and self sabotage for a bit too long. So here I am! My writings are whimsical. They reflect my flowing consciousness with no particular order. Sometimes they are abstract. I become a conduit of something other than my physical self. My paintings tell a story about my internal turmoil, discoveries and my process. They are always cathartic in nature and reflect a particular time in my life. Each one comes with a little narrative. My poetry usually comes with an element of humour at the absurdities of life in general or my own own trips - either metaphysical or trip “ups”. This site will organically grow, as I grow and I would love for some feed back and constructive criticism. Paintings are for the most part, encaustic, oil and acrylic.
